2 exercises to concentrate well before and during the exam



These relaxation therapy exercises are, of course, not a miracle cure! But when we dutifully revised its examinations, they can be of great help.


Full breathing to evacuate anxiety, when we discover the subject

This exercise is useful to remove any anxiety or excitement when you learn about the examination you need to deal with. It helps you slow your heart rate, to find peace.

  • Sitting in your chair, inhale deeply through the abdomen, ribs, all of your lungs and take out your hard fists.
  • Then, breathe slowly as if you were doing it through a straw, and release your fists to vent your frustration or excitement.If necessary, repeat the exercise for the duration of the exam.

Tra-tac, an exercise in concentration just before entering the examination room

This exercise helps develop your concentration, it reinforces and pacifies your mind. This practice just before entering the examination room. To do so, isolate a few moments.
  • Standing, arms along the body, inhale, raising the right or left arm in front of you, thumb outstretched to the sky.
  • Block your inspiration and secure the onfle your thumb with your eyes.
  • gently bring your thumb toward your forehead. When your order is disturbed, close your eyes and let your thumbs touch your forehead to come. Imagine anchor your ability to concentrate, as if your thumb touching your forehead was a "Sticky concentration".
  • Blow gently by bringing your arms close to your body.
  • Repeat the exercise twice before entering the examination room.
